Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

pk68io permits only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your pk68io account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. pk68io strongly recommends enabling 2FA via your registered Pakistani mobile number to provide an additional layer of security.

You must not share your pk68io login credentials with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs on your account — including deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and bonus claims — will be deemed to have been authorised by you. pk68io accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never share your OTP or 2FA verification codes with anyone, including pk68io support staff.
• Log out of your pk68io account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify pk68io support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keep your registered contact details — including your JazzCash or EasyPaisa number — up to date.

pk68io reserves the right to suspend or lock any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, including unusual login locations, multiple failed login attempts, or patterns of play inconsistent with normal user behaviour. Accounts may be locked pending identity verification at any time at pk68io's sole discretion.

pk68io supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in PKR unless otherwise explicitly stated for cryptocurrency deposits.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Verification: You must complete identity verification (Know Your Customer) before your first withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of a valid government-issued Pakistani identity document (CNIC or Passport) and proof of your registered payment method.

All promotions offered by pk68io are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual offer.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all pk68io promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

The following general betting rules apply across all pk68io products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk68io does not accept requests to cancel, void, or modify confirmed bets except in cases of an obvious technical error on the platform's part.
• pk68io reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, at incorrect odds, or that violates these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk68io and constitute a material breach of these Terms. pk68io reserves the right to immediately terminate any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to forfeit all funds associated with such accounts:

• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one pk68io account per individual person.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using false, stolen, or another person's identity documents.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access pk68io if you are under 21 years of age.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, spin slots, or interact with pk68io's platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any pk68io game or betting market.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing discrepancies across pk68io markets or between pk68io and other platforms in a manner that constitutes professional arbitrage rather than recreational betting.
• Money Laundering: Using pk68io for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. pk68io is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks or reversals on deposits made to pk68io.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with pk68io's platform, servers, or security systems in any way.

Any unauthorised use of pk68io's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by pk68io.

pk68io provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. While pk68io makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk68io's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to your use of the platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in your pk68io account at the time the claim arises. pk68io shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Losses caused by third-party payment processing delays outside pk68io's control.
• Losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
• Technical malfunctions caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party software.

pk68io collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on pk68io, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

As part of its obligations under international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, pk68io may require you to provide identity verification documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including during registration, before your first withdrawal, or following unusual account activity. Required documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Pakistani CNIC, Passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 3 months).
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation of your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account in your name).

Account Termination by pk68io: pk68io reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including in cases of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraud, suspected fraud, or financial crime.
• Provision of false registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward pk68io staff or other players.

In cases of account termination for cause, pk68io reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where termination results from confirmed fraud or bonus abuse, balances may be forfeited in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk68io holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes between you and pk68io that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
